Veins are located below

Veins are located below and in front of the arteries. In the front-to-back direction, the veins, arteries, trachea are respectively. Each lung has 3 edges, anterior, lower and posterior. In front, the sharp edge of the lungs separates the costal surface and the medial part. In the right lung, this edge is facing almost vertically along its entire length. In the lower half of the anterior margin of the left lung there is a heart notch below it, which is called the uvula. The sharp lower edge separates the lower surface.
